If the item is in stock, we will ship within 24-48 hours of when payment is received.  If it is a pre-order item, then the expected ship date will be listed in the item description!

We are happy to accept returns for store credit or exchange on unworn, unwashed clothing if it is returned (postmarked) within 7 days after you receive the item. Items must be postmarked within 7 days after you received the item in order to receive full credit. Please email support@shopinstyleboutique.com for return instructions. 

**Final sale and grab bag items are not eligible for return.

**Accessories are final sale cannot be returned/exchanged.

**Damages must be reported within 7 days in order to receive a refund.

Your InStyle Account will have what is called an "account balance" and when you go to view your next invoice, you have the option to apply that account balance to your order.  No code is needed! 

When you click the link below to get into your account, click the "Waitlisted Items/Backorder Items" tab and you will see all of the items that you are on the waitlist for.  If you would like to pre-authorize your payment for one of them you can click "click here to be first on the waitlist" and follow the instructions from there! We carry items from lots of different vendors so we do not have a universal size chart.  Most items fit Small 0-4, Medium 6-8, Large 10-12, XL 12-14, 1XL 14-16, 2XL 16-18.  However, if anything ever runs big or small, we will note that in the item description!
