To start a return, please use our return portal here.
We want you to absolutely LOVE your purchase from InStyle Boutique! We are happy to accept returns for store credit on unworn, unwashed clothing if it is returned (postmarked) within 14 days after you receive the item. Due to the quick turnaround of our inventory, we do not offer exchanges.
That said, we do accept returns for store credit as long as they meet the following criteria:
**All items must be returned (postmarked) within 14 days of receiving the order.
**Items must be in new and unworn condition with tags still attached (if item came with tags)
**Damages must be reported within 14 days in order to receive a refund.
**Customers will be refunded in store credit and be required to pay shipping back to InStyle. You will be issued credit on the platform (website or app) that the order was placed.
**Returns sent back to us with insufficient postage will be returned to the customer.
**If returning shoes, please wrap or package the shoe box in a separate box or container to protect it from damage during the shipping process. The shoe box itself cannot be used as a shipping box.
**All accessories and items marked FINAL SALE are ineligible for return. If a final sale item is shipped back to InStyle, we are not responsible for shipping back to the customer or processing the return.

When you opt-in for return label coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a store credit for FREE!
If you decide not to buy return coverage at checkout, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label!
